Our designers make flow analysis with CAE software, visually simulate the dynamic fill and cooling process of actual melting, quantificational give state parameters, filling status etc. in the molding course, confirm reasonable gate and runner size, forecast the required injection pressure and clamping force, and find out the possible defects to set scientific foundation for reasonable mold design. The application of CAE technology makes mold manufacturing time shortened, cost reduced and quality improved.
