If you need the plastic products only, you can get a discount with the mold quote. Meanwhile,  the mold costs could be of use to the plastic product deposit if the cumulative production reached a specific quantity as agreed.

Usually 4-6 weeks, it also depends on mold size and the structure complexity. We can finish a few small or middle size mold within 2-3 weeks per special marketing needs.

Most molds we've made are in middle size, and some in big size. The largest mold we made is up to 1500mm*1100mm*800mm and over 10 tons in weight.

Our advantage is making injection molds such as : single cavity and multi-cavity molds, Thin-wall mold with hot runner systems, insert mold. Over mold, auto-unscrew mold and so on. We can give support of die casting mold, silicone rubber mold per customer's full components assembly requirements.
